There is so much information on the internet related to real estate that sometimes it can be mind-boggling. Some of the information is correct, but much of it can be misleading. With my three decades in the Huntsville/Madison/Madison County markets, I will help you sift through all this data so that you can make an informed decision, whether you are buying or selling a home. I know neighborhood histories, area amenities, and our local market, and I will provide you with as much information as I possibly can.

If you are selling a home, I will be honest about market conditions for your neighborhood and will consult with you on ways to make your home as appealing as it can be. If you need a handyman or a vendor to provide updates, I have long lists of available contractors. If you need help with paint colors, furniture arranging, or suggestions on de-cluttering, I will personally help you with those tasks.

If you are buying a home, you will find that I am patient and persistent, patient and non-pushy with the buying decision, and persistent in that I will scour areas and work tirelessly to find you the perfect home. A home is so much more than the structure; it's the lifestyle it offers, the proximity to work, schools, shopping, and neighborhood amenities that really make a house a home. If you want a secluded home away from the hustle and bustle, I will find it; if you want to be near Energy-Central, I will find it.
